Governance Overview

Bilu Huang Institute for Aging Research (BHIAR) is an independent nonprofit institute incorporated in Hong Kong SAR as a company limited by guarantee. The institute is committed to scientific integrity, institutional independence, responsible governance, and financial transparency.

BHIAR is governed by its Board of Directors and supported by a Scientific Advisory Board. Together, these bodies help ensure that the institute's activities remain aligned with its mission to advance first-principles aging biology and translational longevity science.
